Location and directions

We're located on North Capitol Hill in Seattle, at the northeast corner of 19th Avenue East and East Prospect, one block north of Aloha.

From I-5 northbound : Take E. Olive Way (exit 166) heading east. Olive Way veers right and becomes E. John St. Go past Broadway and turn left at the light onto 12th Ave. E. Turn right onto E. Aloha St., and take a left at 19th Ave. E.

From downtown and Queen Anne: Head east on E. Denny Way, come up the hill and turn left at the traffic signal onto E. Olive Way. Olive Way veers right and becomes E. John St. Go past Broadway and turn left at the light onto 12th Ave. E. Turn right onto E. Aloha St., and go left at 19th Ave. E.

From I-5 southbound: Take exit 168B on the left side of the freeway, and head east on Highway 520. Exit the freeway at Montlake Blvd. E., turning right on Montlake Blvd. Drive up the hill and turn right at the traffic signal at E. Aloha St. Take a right turn at 19th Ave. E.

From the Central District and Southeast Seattle: Head north on 23rd Ave. Turn left onto E. John St. at the traffic signal after Madison (between the hours of 7-9 AM or 4-6 PM, keep going north and turn left instead at Aloha, another traffic light). Take a right turn onto 19th Ave. E.

From Madison Park and Madison Valley: Head southeast on Madison, and turn right on 19th Ave. E.

From the Eastside: Take 520 west to the Montlake Blvd. exit. Head south on Montlake Blvd. Drive up the hill and turn right at the traffic signal at E. Aloha St., and right again at 19th Ave. E.

By Bus: Bus 12 Interlaken stops right at our front door. (The Bus 12 Madison route terminates at 15th and Madison, and does not come up to 19th.) The 43 and 48 routes run along the Montlake/23rd/24th corridor and stop at 24th and Aloha, five blocks east and one block south of our office.
